OUR POLICIES

We understand that circumstances can change. If for any reason you need to cancel your enrollment, here is our refund policy:

Cancellation requests received seven [7] days before the class start date will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation requests received between one [1] and [6] days before the class start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations when class starts.

All refunds will be charged a 6% processing fee.

You may extend your registration for up to six months for any reason before classes start. Once class begins, there are no refunds.

Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@signlanguagecenter.com. Refunds will be processed within five [5] business days of receiving your request.

If you withdraw from classes for any reason within the first week of the semester we will credit your tuition, valid for up to 6 months. This applies to both in-person classes and Zoom classes.

Gift cards never expire, but they are non-refundable. You can purchase a gift card right on our site.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify the instructor or email contact@signlanguagecenter.com within 24 hours before your session, otherwise you will be billed. The tutoring rates are non-refundable and valid for six months.
