SLC is a one or two room studio space available for rent in Midtown Manhattan! It is located on the 2nd floor walk up with a modern feel. Our space is walking distance to Penn Station, subways, restaurants and tourist sites. Our space offers 1500 sq/ft of space across two different studios. We have functional kitchens complete with ovens, refrigerators, monitors for video, exposed brick walls and two bathrooms.
In addition to our shoot spaces, the warm environment makes SLC a great choice for an intimate event, celebration, or conference meeting. Our rooms are perfect for more intimate gatherings, cocktail parties and small dinners. We provide tables and coat racks available for use. Our space can accommodate a gathering for a sit down dinner up to 50 people.
