April was raised in San Francisco, CA. She has attended mainstream school her whole life. She has resided in NYC since 2016. She has been working with Sign Language Center for 4 years. She began teaching ASL at her college where she used to work in Dean's Office, then she immersed teaching ASL from there. April's passion is to be a lawyer in the future. She loves politics and likes to discuss the law. She knows that the Deaf community needs lawyers since the Deaf community does not know much about law. Her job is to teach them how to work with laws and contribute her work with the Deaf community. She also loves her ASL teaching job, even though her major is in the law field. Her favorite things to do are hiking, going to parks, the zoo, museums and more! She loves adventures! Traveling! Her dream is to travel all over the world someday!
